In Genoa we had a great hardcore punk tradition from the 90s on. Until a couple of years ago we had so many great bands, nationwide famous. Now it is no more like this, the reason? I don’t know.
Today I want to share with you a photograph of one of the latest bands of my town: Stalker.
They formed after the split up of Kafka (new school hardcore punk from Genoa) and of course they were named after Andrej Tarkovskij movie. They played a really heavy and slow metal-sort-sludge with great lyrics. That was an all star band featuring members from Kafka and Ex-Otago.
The picture is about Alberto, the singer of who I talked before here.
I miss them so much.
